Hi, same issues as all others here after installing 1.3.1 for Europe today.
I also had phone reboots and Palm-OS "hard reset" (all data and programs are gone to nirvana), a lot of crashes - and no idea what's the reason. Sometime it crashes immediatley, sometimes after throwing(swiping) away classic....

Classic isn't usable in this state!!!

Please fix - asap.
