what if you never used the headphones, my started acting up, I use bluetooth and when I disconnect my blutooth I can'tmake calls cause got the headphone icon and need the bluetooth to call, and sometime when using blue tooth the headphone would come on by them selfs, I alredy ordered a new pre. But this is kind of crazy.
