My external speaker died, got the call from the Sprint store yesterday that they got my refurb in... Went in, checked it out, the oreo effect was terrible. My current phone is so much more solid, I made them send it back. I'll try one more time before I go ahead and send it in to Palm to have it repaired. I'll just reactivate my Blackberry if I have to, I'd rather keep my current phone than have a piece of junk like what they tried to give me yesterday.
