That will depend on the motivation and time available to skilled patch developers. Note that quite a few of the patches from the WebOS Internals wiki are available on the tweaks page of the WebOS Quick Install tool.
I'll personally be working towards a Preware 1.0.0 release and improving the metadata available on preware.org before focusing on any other patches myself, but that doesn't stop others.
Some of the other WebOS Internals devs have some good ideas for the next generation of patch management technology too ... ask PuffTheMagic and destinal for details in the IRC channel if you are interested.
