I'm not ready to completely blame it on the tweaks I did to my Pre.

But since doing them, I have a very laggy, almost unusable interface. Contact list takes over a minute to load, universal search is all but disabled.

I'm going to attempt to remove the tweaks and hope for the best, I don't feel like wiping.
