That's not a zip. It's a Jar. As stated in both my FAQs and Troubleshooting posts, jar files are considered both archives and executable programs. So don't unzip.

As stated a few times, the download mirrors should be considered a last resort in in the even the standard download method faiils. The standard download being the file attached to post #1
