I'm new to this stuff, but I followed all of the steps to get this working and - no matter what I do or how many times I go through the steps - the program will not detect my device.

I downloaded everything that was explained in the instructions, plugged in the Pre, tapped on "just charge," I have it set to emulator, and I have the dev mode set to "on."

Please help.
