Ok, I have my theme uploaded now.
Most of them are zipped in the groups that they belong to. I.e. anything named
com.palm.app.*.zip will need to be unzipped to their corresponding folder in
/usr/palm/applications. So if you have
com.palm.app.email.zip, it will go in
/usr/palm/applications/email.
sysmgr.zip needs to be unzipped to
/usr/palm/sysmgr/
luna-systemui.zip needs to be unzipped to
/usr/lib/luna/system/luna-systemui/
launcher.png goes in
/usr/lib/luna/system/luna-applauncher and will need to be renamed to icon.png
browser.png goes in
/usr/palm/applications/browser and needs to be renamed to
icon.png
