verdict:
My notifications still works
patch to show call duration in call log still works
Additional pages added to launcher still there
Mod to launcher to allow add/remove of pages gone
Mod to mojo to allow dragging through top menus to pull menus gone
flashlight still works (service)
commander still works (service)
/opt folder still there, everything still installed.

MANY MANY patches will need to be edited for 1.1
