Here are a few I have noticed.
- List Selectors now have a down arrow next to them.
- Menus now fade in the gray bg shim and scroll the menu down.
- Animations have been added to many UI items.
- Phone app has been upgraded to "1.1"
- Photos now has a thicker line between all images and other photos.
- Notification sounds have been changed and no longer have such a "high-pitched" sound.
- Web Browser stability increases.
- Calendar alerts can now be set to "At Start Time."
