Just curious... Why do you think Sprint should replace something you admittedly destroyed on their dime? I appreciate, and have enjoyed your reviews, but that was a decision you decided to make. Should Sprint really give your wife a free phone?

I can see Palm hooking you up since you have given them positive feedback, but so have many other people. I just don't get it.

I do hope Palm gives you the free pre, but I just sort of feel like you are acting like a spoiled child who dropped his ice cream cone and will scream till the haggard mother gives in.

You like the phone, you like Sprints service, you don't like that you can't get something for free due to user carelessness... I don't get it.
