Not cool. This happened to me first yesterday and again today. Eventually fixed when I tracked down a pair of headphones and plugged them in, placed a call, unplugged them, and then tried again.

I wonder if this is a problem with a hardware switch inside the headphone jack or a problem with the software not recognizing the events properly. In other words, can it be fixed via a software update?
