PocketMirror will sync contacts from your Pre to Outlook, but they have to be created as Outlook contacts. If you have several sources of contacts, which the Pre has combined (Synergy), then some of them will not be transferred. If you go to Preferences (in Contacts) you can set the default account so that new contacts get created on your Outlook account and will be synced back.

I don't know if there's a way to use the Pre to combine contacts from multiple sources and get it all back to Outlook.
