Thanks guys for all your help, unfortunately I decided to go with another service and returned my Pre today. I guess this issue broke the straw on the camels back. But its mostly because sprints service was spotty in my area for data. But Ill still be frequenting the site I still love the pre and if it was on a didn't service provider at the moment I would still have it.
