Prompted for WEP key on PEAP wireless network

I've got the Palm set up for a number of wireless networks - my home wifi, coffee shops, and our guest wireless network at my job. The trouble is that I'm not able to connect successfully to the PEAP enterprise wireless network at work. The guest network here allows me basic web browsing, email, etc. but does not connect me to the intranet sites that I use regularly, and the enterprise wireless has better coverage.
So our network gurus provided me with a set of four certificates that I have installed using the certificate manager. Allegedly, these four certs should allow me to connect using my domain/username and password. However, when I attempt to connect to the network I'm prompted for the WEP key, which is supposed to be provided automatically if the certificates are installed.
I have an iPod Touch that I can use to connect to this wireless network. When I configured the iPod Touch, I used a mobileconfig file that was provided by the same network gurus.
Any advice? I feel like something is missing here.
