Just got mine.

Called and said the following: " hi, i've been a customer for 5 years and I just moved to a new apartment. My Pre keeps dropping my calls due to lack of reception."

she replied: " one moment sir while I check what I can do for you"

1 minute later she came back on and offered me the Airave!!
